The projects "Open Education Resources with Ukraine" and "Open Educational Resources with Ukraine_Infomatics", funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), bundle competencies and support the Ukrainian partner universities of Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH) in Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv and Lviv in maintaining, developing and digitizing their current courses in times of crisis in thematic German-Ukrainian working groups. The aim of the working groups is to expand teaching offers by producing teaching/learning videos from the subjects of biomedical engineering, biology, materials science, informatics and information technology under Creative Commons (CC-BY) licenses, anchoring them in the ongoing teaching activities of the respective partner universities and publishing them in the TIB AV portal. For this purpose, the videos are translated or subtitled, their content adapted and prepared as Open Educational Resources. In this way, the project contributes to the internationalization, digitization and openness of the actors involved and provides a perspective for the teachers and students who have fled and remained in Ukraine.
